  • VIRGINIE

    OPERATIONS + CAPACITY LEAD

Virginie (she/they) works with organisations to remember, design and practice different ways of existing together in interdependence. They come from grassroots organising in Paris, France, and their work now focuses on operations and governance, via the lenses of abolition, collective care and accountability.

At NEUROMANCERS, Virginie is interested in building operational infrastructures that we, as minoritised and marginalised folks, can rely on. Outside of work, she can be found hiking, talking to trees, foraging berries, or learning a new random low-consumption craft.

  • ANNINGWAA

    INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD

Anningwaa (pronounced: Aneewaa) is a Project, Production and Programme Manager with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale, community-centred cultural events and public programmes across the UK and internationally. She excites, inspires and engages others to explore the richness and complexity of the world around them.

Her work sits at the intersection of culture, community and care, creating spaces where people, particularly those historically marginalised, feel seen, safe and celebrated. Her practice is grounded in equity over tokenism, collective care and intentional leadership. She believes creativity is a powerful tool for joy, resistance and transformation.
